It allows direct DNA/RNA binding and washing steps on the vacuum manifold without any repetitive loading and unloading of spin columns on the centrifuge and waste removal. Each sample processing is independent from each other to effectively avoid cross–contamination. VacEZor is easy to operate and can be used without tedious setup and steps.
