Do you need extra sequencing primers suitable for the fastGEN Lung Cancer kit?
We bring an extra kit with sequential primers for 3 runes. Our fastGEN Lung Cancer is intended to rapidly prepare a sequencing library for gene genotyping EGFR (exons 18, 19, 20, 21). fastGEN is designed so that it is possible to process samples for RAS genes, EGFR, and also for IDH 1/2 genes or the POLE gene in parallel and then sequence them in one sequencing run on instruments from Illumina, Inc.
