Anthrax is an infectious disease due to Bacillus anthracis. Into the host’s system, the bacteria induced edema by cAMP production, necrosis and appothis by MAPP kinase kinase pathway activation. Due to this pathogen propriety is good candidate to study all cellular mechanism who used as second messenger cAMP and appothis.
